This hotel is amazing. It is beautiful, well organized, very good value for money. The staff is amazing in their willingness to help with any request or need that we had.

Nothing!

We could not enter in the room! At all! I picked up this hotel , because it is state 24/7 checkin. We arrived in the middle of the night and during the communications we received very detailed ( what we initially thought) instructions how to enter and to find the key. It was stated that the phone is available all the time. It was said that the reception is working from 8 am till 12 pm, but following 7 points in the instruction we can find the key. The day of arrival we received again message with the new code for the entrance door. When we arrived, we entered in the building and followed the 7 points received earlier, but we could not find the key. It was 3.30 AM. We searched all around reading again and again the messages, but nothing. Nobody answered on the phone and we stayed on the terrace till 5.30. Nobody call us back after that , they just took the money for the reservation!!! We leave them written message how disappointed we are we could not sleep in the booked room. Their explanations were not correct, they moved the reception room down stairs, without state this exactly in the message and after totally different detailed explanations sent before! I made a claim to Booking and will continue asking to revert the money. Be careful with their explanations! This happened to me for the first time in Booking!

Breakfast food and staff were terrific.
