It's a good value for someone visiting who does not plan to spend much time in the room. Petite-Dejeuner was satisfactory.

The room was very small with a salle de bain shoehorned in.

Near the train station, the supermarket and the beach. Good air condition.

We got the accessible room and therefore, whenever we took a shower, all the floor was getting wet.

bed was comfortable, AC worked very well. bedroom was clean. younger staff very friendly and helpful. very accommodating for our dog. 10min walk from train station and 15 from beaches and center.

Bathroom needs refurbishment: shower corners with mould, shower curtain horrible we asked them to remove it straight away. Need to do your own quilt. Minimum requirements to be a 3-star, this looks more like a 2-star. Very thin and small towels. Only one tiny piece of soap for 4 days. As other comments mentioned - it is true I heard 1 staff member tell an English speaking customer at check in « No English, français ! » Everything needs to be paid upfront before even serving you.

Mattress was comfortable - that's the only positive comment I have!

Rude staff Said 'don't speak English' (when politely asked) and we're ignorant when I tried to ask for help, but when an American woman came in and asked for help - they understood that perfectly (I'm British) Very, very small room and bathroom Poor ventilation, leaking AC unit Zero facilities in the room - no kettle, tea, coffee, iron, ironing board RIDICULOUSLY small towels (best described as hand towels for body and only one each and very thin/worn) Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone nor will I be staying again. Very (VERY) unclear/unsure how they warrant or have achieved ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Very, very poor.

Nice room, pleasant view from the window. Located pretty close to beach. Breakfast was pretty good, many choices.

It was difficult to find parking in the city

Value for money Menton is very expensive. Especially the parking but you soon found out why there is nowhere to park here. The garage itself was easy to find get in and out. Safe & clean. Rooms are small but comfortable advertised they have tea and coffee it's a machine down stairs.

Tiny lift but it's only a small narrow hotel. A little far out. If you are fit it's just 15min walk.9

Room: on the garden very quiet, except the permanent noise of the ventilation of the bathroom. Bathroom: small but functional Breakfast: correct although industrial (fruit salad/compote in jar, "Babybel" cheese (!)) Location: perfect. No car needed. Old town/Cocteau Museum 15mn walk. Train station: 10mn walk. Bus station: 3mn walk. Beaches: 15/20mn max.

Value for money

Not a big complain but it’s about Shower tub that is plastic and not stable when used. For such small room, it makes more sense to just give a standing shower with glass cage and not such bathtub.
