Loved the pool, location, beach access, room, staff. Would stay there again if an all inclusive package was offered.

Overpriced food (breakfast $25.00person). Alcohol including cocktails were very expensive bali $15AUD for a cocktail and $15AUD for a single shot of bacardi at their restaurant Envy.

The property is not huge, but certainly beautiful, and well kept. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. If they could not help, they would find someone who could. they always smile and acted polite and friendly. The beach was very nice during low tide and otherwise you had the gorgeous pool with the swim up bar. We love the fact that it is a relatively speaking a quiet hotel. Mostly for families with small children and middle age to retirement couples. Not a lot of craziness and young people acting up. it was very relaxing and we loved our stay.

I wish there was more information on tours, and activities in the area. But nothing terrible.

It is a family friendly hotel . If you don't like kids or their occasional yelling this is not the place for you.

Pool water very warm

Location set right on a surf beach easy for us to wake up first thing and hit the surf, the come back to a buffet breakfast!!

This is a great hotel situated close to the airport which is convenient if you have a late flight into Bali or need a day or two before you leave. The staff are friendly and helpful the rooms a very well appointed and clean, the pool is very family friendly. We recently concluded a 5-night family holiday at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali, and it was nothing short of exceptional. This being our first trip to Bali, the experience will forever hold a special place in our hearts. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were evident. Every member, from the reception to the pool and restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's amenities were a highlight of our trip. The swimming pool was a refreshing retreat, the snooker table provided endless fun, and the kids' play zone, especially the ball pool area, was a hit with our children. The spa and massage services offered a much-needed relaxation, and the fish feeding activity was a unique experience we all enjoyed. Dining at the Envy Restaurant was a delight with its array of yummy food options. The generous breakfast spread at The Palms restaurant was the perfect start to our days, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore. Our family trip was made special by these experiences, and we are grateful to Holiday Inn Baruna Bali for making it so enjoyable. The Rooms are spacious and very clean the beds and pillows extremely comfortable There is everything to cater for every taste and culture at breakfast, the pool is a great size with plenty of seating. the pool staff are very friendly and helpful Actually you cant go past this hotel, its away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Legian and very close to the airport . the Day spa was lovely and the grounds are well kept the paved walkway along the beach is an easy flat walk upto Kuta or Legian but a long way in the heat and humidity This hotel is in an ideal location if you are arriving late or need a day or two before flying out of Bali

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. Staff in the restaurant were the best, could not do enough for you. What I like is good old, scrambled eggs, but most hotels put them in the warmer dishes in the buffet and they are not the best, Holiday Inn cooked them to order, so you got them fresh and hot. Lunch, plenty of food, cook variety. Dinner again great choice. I would like to make a mention of the reception staff, sadly I cannot find his name, he was there during the day. My husband got sick (not Bali belly!!) he arranged for a fresh basket of fruit for him, I said I'm off for some "comfort food" and the young man handed me a voucher for the coffee shop!! Where else would this happen? This young man was so nice, whenever I went out of my room to the restaurant, he waved and asked how is "Mr. Deke" My husband's name is Deke.

Beautiful resort, nice swimming pool. The breakfast offers many choices, different type of food for everyone! The bedding is very comfortable.

The staff does not know how to speak English! It is very hard to communicate. We asked for advice to visit a turtle conservation center, no one was able to help us.

très déçus en revanche par le restaurant classique...musique très forte se mélangeant avec la musique typique du restaurant d'à coté générant une cacophonie gênante...pain sans saveur...poisson insipide...

Great and friendly staff, clean facilities, cute pool bar, able to have drinks at the rooftop bar of the holiday inn express, lovely grounds, can get cheap massages and restaurants just outside the hotel

Slippery bathroom floor, fell over once, then requested a non slip bath mat which they promptly gave me. The beach front here isn't for swimming and is public access, but the pool is okay!

It worked for all ages

I liked staff the most. They were soooo friendly and willing to help us at any time. Anyway, the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable so we enjoyed our stay for 100%. We choose a half board. So there were rich breakfast and 3 courses dinner.

Pool was good. Especially, the bar area.

Had a tough time getting an odourless room. Lack of basic facilities like drinking water. Worst is the careless behaviour of support staff and management.
