I love the breakfast room and the actual breakfast was super too.
My room had a great view of the bay.

Great breakfast, competitive price, comfortable beds, wonderful host, sea views.
No parking nearby (availability was poor and some distance away in late July).
The bathroom very small (elbows touched the wall when using the toilet and sink was so small there is barely room to wash your hands).
Be aware there's nowhere to eat in Morecambe apart from a fish and chip shop that closes at 7pm and an Italian restaurant in the amusement arcade.
Also be aware the property is quite a distance from the town centre and if you can't walk far you may find this difficult.

Parking is on the street, but it was free so it's ok.

Pleasure to stay in lovely house.parking not a problem..just great holiday place accommodation.owner very proud of his house too.

Had a lovely family room with a sea view.
The mattress could have been better but the overall stay was lovely and comfy really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends . Dave was the perfect host .

Dave was a genuinely friendly and helpful host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good. Room very comfortable and facilities good. Location at top end of prom.but well located for regular bus services. Fantastic value for money and a very enjoyable experience, shame I was staying for only one night.
Nothing. But I get the impression that in the unlikely event that something wasn't quite up to scratch it would be dealt with swiftly and professionally by host Dave.

Met with a very friendly welcome. We had a room at the front with a sea view which was nice. Secure parking for our bikes. Great breakfast. Good value for money, we would stay again.

Comfortable bed in modest but perfectly reasonable room. Excellent location on seafront, 10 mins from station and 15 mins walk from Morecambe FC. Appreciated Dave offering "cold" breakfast before the usual time as I had a train to catch at Lancaster (note- if you're driving into Lancaster in the morning, it can take a lot longer than you think!)
Perhaps a bit expensive (over £50) for a small guest house, but still much less than the larger, impersonal chain hotels in the surrounding area
