There were no towels on arrival.
The toilet was stained withurine.
The dishwasher was full
The outdoor furniture was poor.
There was a wasps nest and my husband was stung.
We had an intruder allowed to come to our apt through security at 7 am.
The kettle was us and although reported 3 times was not replaced.
Work men on site using disc cutters so we could not enjoy the terrace

Where do I start. All the rooms had ant, spiders, cobweb every where, Air-conditioning not working, toilet do not flush, Television do not work, reception not ready to help, not answering the calls. I should be charged for the time of torture in all respect. I will never ever suggest any one to go at this property. I really want to give negative 10. Stay away from this property.

We paid 1200€ for two nights in a villa. When we got there, the villa was severely dirty - spider webs in the corners, razor blades and hair from the previous guests in the toilets, dirty windows, dirty cutlery, cigarettes and dirty chairs outside. The house had no air conditioning and the temperature was very high inside. We called and the cleaning crew came but still, terrible first impression and definitely not worth the money. I trusted the Pestana Group before, not anymore.

The location was perfect, away from crowded locations as well as very close to slide & slapsh. Pool was also very nice.
The house seemed as it was not cleaned before our arrival. Hair all across the house floors, kitchen counter full of bread crumbs, bathrooms dirty with very bad smell.
This being part of a famous hotel branch "Pestana" we expected more, specially since we payd 294€ for one single night without breakfast.

The staff!!! Paula helped us very kindly, we forgot something of emotional value and she did the most until finding it. She then called us and is going to post it to Spain. THANKS AGAIN!

the bed was very uncomfortable, mould in the shower, outside seating was dirty, lack of air con and no working fans. wardrobe full of spare linen.

The staff is really kind.
Pestana gave us a 2 bedroom instead of a single one as an upgrade. We like the bedroom size that had 3 floors.
The surrender environment is great with grass and a good view. It has 2 pools just in this (private) villa, and the main one is really good.
The kitchen was fully prepared with the necessary cleaning stuff.
For the promotional price, even more with the upgrade and the peaceful environment, it is a good vacation.
The bedroom on the ground floor smelled a lot of humidity.
Pestana should create a cafe because this is a private villa not so close to the main villa, which has it all (coffee, restaurant, golf, supermarket, atm).
Also, the road to get it does not illuminate and is not properly tarred.

Amazing house and beautiful surroundings! Gardens and golf course really amazing.
This is the 5th year we go to these villas and what we’ve been noticing is that the quality of the amenities available in the house is getting worse.
A full house for 7 people needs to have the kitchen fully prepared and this year we had to complain because a lot of things were missing.
If we rent the house through Pestana what we expect is to have the corresponding quality behind. There can’t be any excuse due to the owners of the villas.

Love the location and the resort is SO clean and quiet, the staff are so friendly and helpful ! Highly recommend staying here, my group and I will definitely be back

It's a fantastic place with everything you need. Huge beautiful villa, fully equipped, swimming pool plus a view on a lake. Very nice reception staff, polite and helpful.

The hotel is very nice with lovely golf course views and overall good value. Staff are very friendly and attentive, everything is great.
Some residing neighbors do complain a lot about the tourists, they are constantly reporting to security about the kids being in the pool, which is disturbing since we pay for a holiday and the kids come to play, and the elderly find that disturbing.

The apartment was quite big and with totally everything enough , the views were just amazing and the whole place was wonderful!!
