Calm hotel And more or less clean

I asked a double room and choosed a double bed while selecting the room in booking but finally I found separated beds. the receptionist said that the messages from booking are not offer considered and selection from booking is not surely synchronized with rooms accomodations for beds requests. Bathroom is not well equiped and not practical to have a shower properly . Room in ground flour is without lift so need to carry you heavy luggage without any proposal from staff to help!

Position and close to the beach. essential shops closeby, speed limit on roads around that area 30 km and good cycling lanes. General cleanliness and upkeep of that area. good road connections for Vannes, or St Nazaire

No hair dryer or Kettle in the room. No Italian showers.

Great pool, good sized family suites, parking on site and a few places within walking distance including a beautiful beach.

The reception staff were not overly helpful, they carried on chatting each time when a person came to the front desk. The pool was supposed to be open 8am-8pm, then we were told 10am today (Sunday) and when we came down at 10:15 the pool maintenance was still going on until well into 10:30. I told the front desk that isn’t fair since check out is 11am so the kids got to enjoy basically 10 minutes of the pool. If we are expected to be punctual then I expect the same from the facilities.

Location got he beach. Good sized apartments.

The room smelled. The staff would rather continue their conversation than serve customers. The apartment was clean but things were a bit run down

Facilities are visibly worn out, the hotel could really do with a renovation. Our room balcony was completely shattered (see picture) and the forniture was dated. Definitely not what I was expecting for the price we paid.

Very pleasant place since the hotel is situated in the closed park area. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, gorgeous! Very nice food and great service. All anti-Covid19 rules implemented, many thanks!

Pity that we had no kettle in the room.
