The location, too close to Reepersbahn for my taste. As I arrived by train, google advised to take the metro to Reepersbahn and walk from there. But it's totally possible to avoid this and take metro to St Pauli, which is much closer and less exposed to the Red light district.

You are signing deposit for notdamage for 1200euroand this is not written in booking when u dont want to sign they say u cant her room and they can charge payment. The carpet was full rubbish.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very old furniture, the hotel urgently needs refurbishment! I would never ever stay there again. The only good thing is the location. Avoid if you can.

Might not be the most modern place, but it more than makes up for it as being in a great location, top cleanliness, friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

Breakfast room was a little bit tight, and over-full at peak times. They try to deal with this by asking people to sign up to certain times to avoid a rush, but it didn't seem to work.
