Newly refurbished after renovation, beatiful rooms, nice area, outside spa with subeds - perfect! Bar in spa, three pools abd nice saunas also with sunbeds.

Our nr. 014 above spa, it was really hot also in may, the floor was warm all the time, we couldnt sleep weel. A/C is not possible to switch off no matter you remove card. We really couldnt sleep due to A/C. It was warm in room and A/C was not cooling, just making noise. You cannot open window for whole night. Please fix A/C to switch it off manually.

absolutely wonderful hotel and stuff! we were feel comfortable and welcome during all time. spa with pool is amazing, went there every day and enjoyed it. dinner a la card in business days and buffet in weekends, food was good and service was nice. thanks to the personal we will come back for sure

Tastefully furnished hotel, nice wellness, welcome dring, I appreciate the hotel's effort, but unfortunately the services for the guest are still bad (cleaning, staff)

- upon arrival, the male staff at the reception was very cold, without welcoming the guest, during the entire stay the man did not even notice or greet the guest. - in room 306, one bed was not cleanly covered upon arrival (it was crumpled and there were clumps of hair on it) very disgusting, we asked the staff, without apology, but they changed the bed for us - the room was generally poorly cleaned and not replenished during the entire stay - the first day the staff made us sign the drinks bill during dinner (without a copy), the second day the hotel had my daughter sign the same bill, we didn't understand that... no explanation, no apology - The staff in the wellness area (at the massage) do not speak English, but we somehow agreed through a translator... a standard massage (we wouldn't go a second time) - We liked some of the food, some didn't. For example, the chocolate souffle in the restaurant could not be guaranteed (very baked without runny chocolate and without sugar), the worst souffle we had - For a room where there are three people, the hotel could give at least two cards, one per room for three people is really not enough - The waste in the toilet is not in order
