I must admit when I came out of the station my heart sank! If is not a beauty and I panicked! But what the hotel lacks in charm it makes up in functionality and being pristine clean! Luxury usually comes at great cost in the South of France. This hotel has high comfort and views at reasonable cost! We were given room 501 with the most GORGEOUS view of the Cap du Ferrat! We couldn’t believe our luck, we did not pay extra. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Extra pillows were provided. The French do not have breakfast and we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. One day we went into the town centre and had pastries there - it is not something they do. The location is AMAZING! 30 seconds from station 1 minute from Super U (buy yummy treats for the balcony view) 5 mins from the Plage - buy beach parasol and towels from the supermarket and be like the French! Aircon wasn’t the best - wasn’t quite cold enough but great when you came in. Honestly this is a very cheap hotel for the area and is extremely good value with that in mind and a universe better than lots of bad AirBnB! Highly recommend!

even though air conditioning was advertised, it was not available in our room, despite being very warm in May. We asked and were given 3 different reasons as to why it was not available, from different staff members. However, air conditioning worked in breakfast room and corridors some days

toilet seat unstable basin would not hold water with plug in breakfast staff grumpy reception staff miserable in going refund query unresolved but taking it up with Booking.com room near station with repairs in progress during the night

Convenient situation After breakfast, they put out food that would otherwise be thrown away for customers to eat during the day if they wished. Also tea/coffee throughout the day.

A bit noisy because of building work on the nearby railway station.
