The location and staff

Definitely needed a extra blanket and there was a leak coming from unknown door (another room). Family above my room was quite loud and echoing below in mine at night time

The location and price point

I initially booked a room that had a sofa bed, I was given a room that didn’t have that, and upon sharing that with the person at the desk he was quick the offer us another room that did have this - however without any bed sheets, pillows or blankets, and then when that was brought to his attention he offered to get them for us to make up. The sofa bed also had crumbs all over it, which didn’t feel too sanitary to sleep on even if we did make it up. The second room had a broken door lock, and as two girls staying in a hotel room by themselves, this isn’t acceptable

Family friendly and good location.

I initially booked for 3 people, then changed to 2 people more than a month before the stay. I was still charged for 3 people. I had free cancellation until 18 May but the money was deducted on 17 May.

All we wanted was a nice clean room and this met our expectations.
