I had booked there a few times before but this time the guy behind the desk treated me like I wasn't welcome and wasn't going to let me check in at first and then when I explained I'd stayed with them before he asked who had checked me in on the previous visits so I told him about the young girl who did chick me in, he went and got her and asked if she recognised me and she shook her head and said she hadn't! I was only the 2 weeks before and even had proof of my previous booking in my booking app and he even found it in his system too but still didn't want to believe me? Told me I had to wait for my friend to show up before I was aloud to check in and while I was out side waiting for my friend, the man from behind the desk came out to my car to tell me my booking had been cancelled and to try else where!! I was shocked with the amount of rudeness and disrespect he had for me from the moment I walk in the door! I'd never had a problem there before check-in in when the young girl served me, I even had the cleaners check me in once and they had it all covered from the greeting as I'd arrived to even showing me to my room and had a lovely chat too. I can't understand where the guys gets off with the way he thinks his aloud to treat people! We ended up staying at the wine country in and even got a discount from the beautiful girl from behind the desk and had an amazing time and was so grateful they had room for us too!

Receptionist was very helpful and kind on the phone upon my arrival. I was supposed to check in late (after trading hours) and she really wanted to assist by staying late and waiting for us. I got there earlier anyway, but the kindness was exceptional. That is what is missing from other places sometimes. Thank you for the clean, tide room and confutable bed as well. Definitely will stay there again in the future and share all the info with friends and family.

The location was good 5 min walk to town. Room was big and bed comfortable. Staff friendly.

WiFi kept dropping out in the room, only reliable place to keep connected was ouside. The bathroom could do with a good clean every now and then (mold in shower).

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy plus a rock was holding up one end.The walls are very thin we could hear noise from next room.
