Friendly helpful staff and a nice room which served our purposes perfectly. (Junior suite 2 kids /2 adults) . Not a negative for us but if you are a bit shy the bathroom has a glass front so you can see whoever is taking a shower ect but only if you go to that end of the room where the bathroom is. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but wish we had as it looked very high quality food. Breakfast was nice but no cooked options unless you count a hard boiled egg as cooked. All meats /pastries / cereals were fresh and only paid 15Euro per head extra for adults and 7.50 for the 9 year old so priced about right. Nice beer garden 50 meters from hotel which also served nice looking food and a quiet location. All in all an above average experience and would definitely stay there again if visiting Legoland ( 25 minutes away by car) . Small tip don’t venture in to town to eat at Kobes Burger place , we did , mistake!

Right in lovely pedestrian zone near small shops, bus stop, parking. Welcoming staff. Small but comfortable room. Great breakfast. Cafe/restaurant convenient.
GPS had a little trouble locating hotel. Rooms in front never fully dark due to outside lights. No AC.

The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and well designed. Great having a restaurant on-site. Great location short tram ride into centre.

The welcome from staff, location and the hotel itself. Breakfast and dinner were excellent too. We have stayed once before in 2015 so it was lovely to return to this impressive property. Car parking was great and free too. Overall 10 out of 10 from us.

Great room. Felt like it was recently refurbished, but still with old details. Great and spacious bathroom. Lots of mirrors and all amenities that you need. Breakfast was very fresh and extensive! The hotel is located at a cozy square! Very nice atmosphere

Lovely room which was very clean. Very nice welcome and good service throughout our stay. Good location easily reached from the motorway and a short tram ride into the centre of Ulm. Very good choice at breakfast (except no free juice or eggs!).
The only thing I didn't like was that we are asked at breakfast if we wanted orange juice and eggs. We were not aware that we would be charged for these. 2 fried eggs and 2 orange juices were 15 euros, which I feel is far too much and had we known we wouldn't have had. Perhaps it is standard in Germany to charge extra for these things?

Excellent breakfast and fantastic family run hotel, staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The bathroom was screened off from the bedroom by a sliding glass door - would have preferred more privacy.

Very nice location in older part of town - interesting decor and very stylish interior. En-suite very smart. The food (and beer) was well cooked and served, pleasant helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere in restaurant. Breakfast was very pleasant (we were the only ones down) - good choice of buffet, excellent coffee, even served my husband a cappucino.

It's a beautiful hotel, really stunning renovation of an old building, keeping the old style with modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious and nicely finished.
Quiest location.
The staff are very courteous and have good english.
The food is superb, traditional and absolutely delicious. This is the main reason I keep coming back, great breakfast and great meals for lunch and dinner if you want also.
I'm not a fan of the glass partition bathroom, I'm not accustomed to having such little privacy for a toilet.

We arrived late and they waited for us. The location is lovely, in an old convent. We were only really passing through Ulm, would love to stay here longer.

Hotel has restaurant with terrace and there are more possibilities close by. Would return for stop during onward journey.
