no locker old rooms not clean and absolutely need a lot attention to the bathroom and overall maintenance

The staff were rude, we seen the room and it was disgusting, it was old the bath had stains on it and there was mould everywhere, we cancelled immediately after seeing the rooms

The while experience, they tried to say no refund but we got one after they seen booking.com pokice my friend called Expedia and they gave him bonus points for the drama would not recommend this hotel stay away

Od cleaning is very bad, tiny little bugs on the walls and floors. I paid 68.700 baht for 27 days, it's expensive, it's a terrible hotel, I definitely don't recommend it. I don't go to this hotel.👎 There was no safety deposit box, coffee, tea, spoon, kettle in the room.👎👎

Rooms not clean & the maintainance of the property & facilities is poor. Not a 4* property. (Wouldn't even give it a 3* rating) We HAD to move rooms due to dreadful bathroom maintinance, moldy bathroom & a leak in the ceiling from floor above, (god knows what that leak was), a smelly & dirty room, the air conditioning was full of dirt and dust & an unsecured balcony door. (Definitely not to SHA extra plus standards). The hotel is in close proximity to a noisy club (next door to it), that blasts out loud music all night. So your sleep well be disrupted Full of Russian package tourists who are on a much better deal than you will ever be given, by either the hotel or booking.com . Huge Signs outside the hotel offering 70% off + free breakfast (in thai - see attached photos). Food / breakfast caiters for Russian tourists not European or UK tastes. Opposite side of hotel to the side with the nightclub, is a main road & traffic lights - loud traffic 24hrs a day, also has main drainage colverts along this whole road that emmits a strong sewage stench (day & night), so can't open the windows on that side of the building or even walk on that side of the hotel without this nauseous stench hitting you. Also there is a noisy night market, on that side of the property, so you will be hit with the smell of barbecue food & barbecue fish if your window or your balcony is opened. Definitely much better choices out there for what we we're charged by booking.com. If we had known we wouldn't have booked or paid in advance .

The hotel is aimed primarily at Russians so the standard is well below western standard. We moved room immediately as the allocated room was filthy dirty. There are only 2 lifts for approximately 200 rooms.

Excellent Staff. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Location perfect for the beach, night market and other businesses.

Perhaps not the hotels fault but it’s full of Russians that drink heavily in the rooms and fights loudly at night. If a hotel is accepting Russian low budget package tourists don’t expect to get many western high income tourists.

Breakfast could be a bit crowded at certain timetimes. Good variety of food on offer and there was a egg station which is always nice. Decent coffee on tap and a choice of eating inside or out

Everything was old and very run-down. They made me pay for a key I lost off a shoddy key ring they gave me. Didn't cost much but felt it was there fault because the key ring was shoddy. Would never stay again. The place needs a lot of money spent on it
