I'll be objective - very good cleaning, perfect location, cosy, home-like atmosphere, calm, room is of normal size, towels and sheets are changed every day, breakfast is freshly prepared. Very good internet, kind gestures of attention - you find three candies in the room, something sweet, etc.

First - the breakfast is insufficient! We are a family of 3 - 3 slices of ham, 3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of cucumber, etc. are served. A child can feed himself, but a man cannot! No seasonal fruit - in the middle of July they once served 3 pieces of melon. In a word, there is no choice - you eat what someone else has judged /if you don't eat sweets in the morning, you stay hungry/. Second - there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is extremely small with a 60/70 cm shower cabin. Third - there are no rooms with 3 normal beds. We pay for three adults, with the third sleeping on a rollaway bed! Fourth - in the Booking it was noted that dinner was included. It was a drawback for us that despite paying in advance for breakfast and dinner we had to pay extra for the main meals and drinks again. Fifth - the walls are thin and you can hear everything (conversations, clattering of dishes, etc.) If you wish, you can go from one terrace to another and the balcony doors are next to each other.

Fantastic hotel - Home cooked / baked breakfast each morning, great sea view, free sun beds and excellent dinner included at Lou Lou's brothers restaurant. You can pick anything from the menu - starter, main course and desert. Small supplement charge for fish. Great location for a few beaches.

The only small problem is the shower, there is no shower door, so it is impossible to shower without entire bathroom floor getting wet. Everything else was fantastic. Home made jams and a complimentary drink on arrival.

The location was fabulous. The delightful Loulou and her team made us feel extremely welcome … almost like family! Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts in the garden were a huge treat, including delicious sweet and savoury pastries conjured up by Loulou… something different every day. We also loved our dinners at the taverna every evening, a short stroll from the hotel. Wonderful food and great location. Demetrios and the staff also made us feel most welcome. All in all, we felt very pampered and were able to really chill out on this holiday. We’d grown very fond of Loulou and were sorry to go. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the nicest hosts ever! This amazing small family owned hotel is everything and more. There are 5* hotels, that do not offer the same comfort and homey feeling. The staff are super nice and serving every need. We had dinner included, and it was in the restaurant directly on the beach, the food was amazing and the owner treated everybody as family. Will recommend 100%.

The breakfast is the cherry on top of the hotel. Loulou is a magician in the kitchen! Liotopi hotel is sparkling clean, cozy and comfortable. The area is quiet, everything is close and you can let your kids run free without fear.

Everything! The location was fantastic right near the beach. The room was so lovely and very comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast was really delicious with different freshly prepared dishes to try everyday. Most of all Loulou and her team who are so kind and thoughtful and made our holiday very special.

Small and comfortable hotel. Very warm welcome , offered refreshments on arrival. Location is ideal - quiet with beautiful view but only minutes walk from town centre. Half-board arrangement included really delicious meal in local restaurant. Our stay was for only one night, but we could see why other guests were basing themselves there longer for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was rather basic in comparison to those offered by similarly-priced and sized hotels we have stayed at in Greece.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

A lovely boutique hotel on a quiet beautiful beach. Great value for money considering the quality of the stay, and the fact that breakfast, dinner and even sun bed and beach umbrella were included. What we loved the most was the care and attention we received from Mrs Loulou and the whole staff, the amazing breakfast, all the tiny sweet details all around the hotel, and the unbeatable dinner by the sea included in the price.

Lovely and delicious breakfast with traditional Greek food. Everything beautifully served to make us feel welcome and enjoy the stay. Very clean hotel with beautiful garden and șea view. A place to remember!

The room was very clean and beautiful but the highlight was the extremely kind owner and her home-made sweets and breakfast.

Great place to take a rest, but there is also plenty of things to do. And the food is amazing!
