I don't understand as to what a housekeeping staff was doing in the room at the time of check-in for him to left the room open!! How many times hotel staff expects guest to ask for towel, to repair non functional TV set!!? Not Accepted At All. Poor service. What housekeeping staff member was doing in our room then when we checked in?

Service. Towels were not placed. TV was not working. Despite of asking to supply towels 3 times, there was no one to look after us. I will carry my own towels and a screw driver to repair TV incase hotel so not supply in time 😕

Hotel staff are very cordial and very nice. Very nice service at reception desk. In restaurant food is very nice , staff members sahil and all very cordial.

I didn't have breakfast, it was neat and clean, location was good near to the place we wanted to go.

I didn't like the view from the window because it was like a dustbin and nobody will like this

Breakfast needs to be improved. Ordered plain Dosa, after testing did not feel to eat complete. Cutting Chai was really good one.

Food Quality, taste needs to be improved.
