They should have someone manning the front desk for late arrivals specially if you informed them in advance and it is on their website.

I like the vintage vibe especially the set up of their restaurant. The room was clean and reasonable for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower was confusing and so few water was coming out. It took me time to figure out how to use it.

The girl at the reception is very nice and professional

1. We got locked out at 12am coming from Night Market shopping. They locked the main door and there was no one to open the door for those guests arriving late at night. 2. Bathroom drainage was clogged 3. Water supply at the 2nd floor - very low pressure 4. Water heater - can't balance the temp 5. No phone in the room - you need to go down to order food for your room or ask for help

The location was perfect. It was on a major road so it's quite accessible when you're commuting yet it is still quaint and relaxing. Staff was amazing and helpful.
