Very good very good location

The owners were very helpful and friendly and even allowed me to leave my luggage with them while I was visiting my sick husband in hospital. The location for access to cafes, restaurants was good.

Wifi signal did not reach my room and the bed was very hard with some noise disturbance from other rooms. AC temperamental. Very small room

Brilliant location, just a few metres from San Francisco square and the Molinete (Roman house and baths). Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable bed. Excellent value, and recommend that you pay a little more to overlook the Molinete.

Bed a bit hard. Can be a little noisy in the mornings. Shame the hotel bar is permanently closed.

Great location in Cartagena, right in the center and close to many bars, restaurants and the main streets yet also quiet at night. Beautiful view of Roman ruins from the balcony in our room. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy, looks better than in the photos. The lady at the reception was very helpful in trying to find us a place we could rent bikes from.

Central location, in the heart of the old town Casco Antiguo Character building Simple, small room but very clean and comfortable bed Bathroom/ shower room was clean and powerful hot shower Heating in the room ( very welcome as we we stayed in January and it was cold at night!) Easy access to the city, museums, ancient ruins shops, restaurants and bars

The entrance and reception area looks a bit unwelcoming, with the reception desk behind a heavy metal grille. However, the lady who checked us in was polite and efficient. This is a "pension" rather than a hotel. You get a room and bathroom and that's all. There are no other facilities for breakfast, drinks etc and no lounge area. If you are someone who needs a cuppa to get going in the morning. you need to take your own travel kettle and cups! The pension is well located though and there are several bars and cafes around the corner in San Francisco square and nearby streets which we found reasonably priced for coffee and toast breakfast.

Excellent location.Beds were fine and had a view of the fort.The winning aspect is that it is a great spot for all the historic monuments.

The room was a little small.There was not a lot of options on the TV but as were out most of the time this did not matter.A larger rubbish bins in the room would have been appreciated.

it was very central but hard to find but once there brilliant. would stop here again We paid for parking which wasn’t far away and the gentleman at the hotel kindly came with us to show us where it was. Very friendly hotel
