It's a small apartment for three on a long stay, but we were there for a night and it was nice, clean, and worm

Everything is good about that place: nice friendly host Rajko, close to ski slope, hiking routes. Great for summer and winter stays with friends or family.

Too noisy - you can hear all the bathroom noises if the room next to you and in the morning the school next to the villa. But than the worst - Smoking smell in the corridors, in the breakfast room and in the restaurant when you check in are horrible. I understand smoking inside is stil allowed in Serbia but this was the worst we had on our trip there. Maybe as a smoker that is fine and the place is near perfect but for us as non- smokers I would never stay again or recommend non-smokers to stay here.
