It was a secluded, cozy, quaint place with a scenic atmosphere.

The site says that smoking is forbidden in the room, but our room smelled like an ashtray. It was obvious that the staff tried to hide the smell with some kind of flavor sprayed on the curtains, but it made it even worse.

Location is convenient.

We had a booing for three nights, but after the first night we had to leave the accommodation as the place was super unwelcoming and unorganized. Upon arrival, the person available on site was not aware of our booking, although we have been 3 hours after check in time. The property is together with a restaurant and it looked like there is no one responsible for the guests or the accommodation itself. Compared to the description, kettle, the coffee machine and mosquito net (so we could not open window, as there are many mosquitoes) were missing. And to be honest the pictures reflects a state of the rooms probably not from recent years. We were not provided with any information, like how to connect to wifi etc., we had to ask separately for everything. The bar next to pool was not at all in operation and there were broken glasses on the ground. In the morning, we have decided to leave as we really felt like a burden for the people around, and this is not what we have been expecting. Upon departure at 8 in the morning there was only one person around from the restaurant, I could give back the key who was busy with having private conversation, and clearly not aware of our early departure, so I could not even file a complaint or do anything on site. We have now tried to file a complaint via booking.com but apparently, they do not reply for them either. I think this tells a lot.

Huge pool! And very quiet most of the time. The staff were lovely and the location was stunning. Would recommend a car as so much to do close by but a little too far to walk especially with kids.

The rooms could have done with a little updating. Very small things like the light didn’t work in the bathroom so a lamp had been put in there. Missing curtains on the windows so had to use the shutters which squeaked in the morning. But it was such a charming beautiful place this almost didn’t matter! I would absolutely return :)

Nothing. The only complaint was that we had an early flight the following day and a member of staff said they were unable to provide breakfast as it didn’t start until after we were due to leave.
