De ligging van de kamer was perfect. Precies in het midden van alle restaurants en water. Als er iets was dan konden we de hostes een bericht sturen en kregen we snel een vriendelijk antwoord.

Great location, hotel conditions, clean, hassle-free. Good shower and toilet. Quite big room. 5 minutes to get to the ferries and sail to nearby islands.

Love the location! Considering it was centrally located. Not much noise can be heard at night from people. Only auditable noise was from the street cleaners vehicle. Host provided us with clear instructions with photos of how to reach the place and unlock the keylock holder for the keys. There's extra blankets and duvet in the wardrobe if needed.
The hairdryer in our room was very much at the end of its life. Didnt get hot and the folding / locking mechanism for the handle was broken. Minor stuff.

We had a good stay, the room was big and comfortable. The most nice thing was the location!. Also you have a free parking 12 minutes walking to the hotel.

Self check in very easy ! Clean.
Wi-Fi did not work properly. Quite noisy because it is close to bars, restaurants.

The apartment is located in the historic center near the bar, restaurant and supermarket right behind it. Whenever I come to Zadar, I go to this apartment for its convenience. Thank you Maja, you are very kind

The size of the room was great and the location was right in the center. The staff was very helpful with providing us additional necessities and information. Our stay was comfortable and nice.
The bathroom didn't have any toiletries except the soap even though the description says they are provided. The breakfast was very simple, it could be better.

The foyer was poorly lit and off putting ,rooms were very clean .some rooms had a good view and others not so good

Decent central location
Entrance to apartment block not too welcoming. Although the room had a lot of windows the view was not good and you couldn't keep them open due to the outside noise. Shower needs a refurb. In general it feels a little dark and gloomy. I wouldn't be able to stay too many nights as it felt a lot little claustrophobic.

excellent location right in the centre of the town. Easy to gain entry which was great because we arrived just after midnight. the room is clean & fresh. air-con worked as a heater too when we had a cold day.

Good location in centre of Zadar. Large room which was very clean with all the necessary facilities. Large comfy bed. Good value for price.
Unclear on how to enter and check into the property. The stairwell was dark and unlit and did not feel the safest. Lack of natural light within the hotel room.

The noise from the streets that lasted till midnight. Towels had hair in them :(

Location and room were excellent...no complaints at all! Best of all.....we were kindly given a very early check in which was so helpful as we had arrived in Zadar first thing in the morning. The room was so central and only a few minutes walk to the ferry port and the bus to the airport.
Communication prior to arriving was a little slow/unresponsive but in the end everything was perfect and the host very accommodating.

Extremely central location making all of zadar's attractions easily reachable on foot. Communication with the host was efficient and effective.
The room is located above a bar playing live rock music which might be annoying for some people. It stops before midnight though. Also the entrance to the apartments is s but dingy, but the apartment itself was spotless. No lift, so luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs.

Central location, easy check-in and check out. Modern bathroom, a kettle in the room.
Noise coming from outside during the night but it was easily solved closing the window and turning on the airconditioning

The room was very clean and we had everything we needed.
The pillow was too big for me though perfect for my husband. That's individual!
