It looked very nice and was very comfortable, the coffee shop in reception is lovely. Staff are nice and very helpful.

There were road works at night. The kitchen didn’t have mugs or tea cups. It could do with a chopping board and a kitchen towel.

The noise from the street bother me more than I expected. Also you might consider offering some rooms with individual beds.

The hotel looks trendy and nice and the location is pretty central for Bogota standards. The rooms are clean and the gym seems nice. Also indoor parking is a nice touch.

For a four star hotel it lacks in service and comfort. I believe that for that price (32euro a night) in Bogota you can get much better. The beds are small and the mattresses don't ventilate that well. Breakfast is just okay and very basic. If you want to add fruits you have to pay extra.

Personal is exceptional, if you don't speak Spanish, they really try to explain you all via autotranslators or using another ways. You can try all variants of local breakfasts, which is great! The place is safe, there cafes and shops near by. Also bus stop is very close, so you can use public transport, but taxi is cheap enough. During the day you can get coffee with sweets in a cafe.

Wifi works fine, but every 15-20 min if freezes for a minute, so checking mail is good, but working is not comfortable.

This is a small, unassuming hotel in a good neighborhood in Bogota. The description and photos of the hotel in the Booking website are accurate. The facilities are comfortable, tidy and modern. Breakfast is included and it will not disappoint those with small and large appetites. Parking is also offered but we did not use it. The best asset of this hotel is the manager, Glenis. She is the most efficient and welcoming manager one can hope for. She knows her guests' names, she handles all the operation with warmth and professionalism. We have since returned to stay a few more days as this hotel is on the perfect location for personal reasons.

There seems to be good noise barrier between apartments but not so much with noise from the corridors and stairs. Nothing major as long as guests do not arrive at odd times. They could cater for vegetarians.
