Сonvenient location of the hotel, friendly staff, and pretty good meals.

1. Initially, they tried to put me in a room without a window. It was terrible, but after talking with the staff - I was moved to a room relevant to the booking. 2. You can't pay by card in the restaurant, it's very inconvenient. 3. Very poor soundproofing.

The breakfast was pretty basic but obviously we’re in the middle of a war so when you take that in to account it was great.

Perfect location, close to any central metro station, comfortable bed, good breakfast, perfect room temperature, very quiet.

I didn’t have local currency with me. The receptionist said I could pay in US dollars. The exchange rate was extremely high. I was on a business trip and that was important since the provided invoice was in local currency without mentioning exchange rate anywhere. Troubles with room phone. There was no hot water at all in the afternoon. I got frozen in the shower.
