Staff are 5 star customer service and behavior was outstanding. Spacious rooms, we’ll maintained facilities and food quality and quantity was superb.
The AC fan was quite audible as well the bed mattress was old and a bit uncomfortable

The reception team and lil staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel was Clean with nice food presentation and taste . Nice basin , nice covered basin.
The beach is far away from the hotel and is not suitable for enjoying the day away from basin.

Although the room apparently looked so clean, we found a blood spot both on the pillow and the cover of the bad , which was so disgusting 😖

All was good, the room cleaning, the view, the aqua park, the staff are welcoming, the restaurant and the show of Mohamed and Youssef was very entertaining, thanks very much 😊
