Posizione ottima, vicina alle spiagge di las Américas e a tanti ristoranti e bar. Piscina inclusa nei servizi molto comoda. Servizio di pulizia camere incluso. Parcheggio ampio e privato.

Having stayed at Optimist many times in the 90s & 2000s (15 year gap)
It's nice but fob for poolside was a bit confusing - until I got the hang of it!!!
Many memories for me to be back !! ♥

Well the back gates to use, & not entering via the main foyer , which for years I was totally familiar with.

Complex is private owed, and the pool is large, with plenty of sunbeds ( no sunbed wars). Very well maintained. The apartment was very clean, all appliances, including washing machine. We were on the 2nd floor, 3 small flights of stairs. No air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans, which were a help. I have been informed that A/C is in the process of being installed. 2 supermercado across the road from complex. 5 minutes walk brings you to all restaurants and bars. Further 5 mins to beach. Bus to and from Airport stop outside complex.
Would highly recommend these apartments. If returning, I would rebook.

It was a quiet location great for families and it felt safe the apartment was clean and spacious . Has a bonus of having a washing machine as I used it all week. Beads are very comfortable staff were amazing very helpful and quick to accommodate anything I needed. Nice heated pool and showers I had an amazing holiday.
it could have done with more cleaning stuff as was only supplied with a mop and bucket and a sweeping brush and dustpan needed more cooking utensils as well was very basic

Terrible beds, like lying on a piece of polystyrene … I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Pretty sure I had bites from the blanket provided

Our host Guna was excellent and very helpful.

Being met at the reception and brought to the room was a nice touch. The apartment was clean and tidy and all necessities your don't sometimes get elsewhere (iron, iron board, hairdryer) and request for additional pillows was swiftly actioned. We stayed with our daughter across 2 separate apartments and while my daughter left early we were given the option to stay in our apartment till departure time (16:30). The complex is 5 mins from the beach and closer to a large selection of shipping areas and restaurants.
I personally found the sleeping bed uncomfortable.
The pool side loungers are solid plastic and not really suitable for few hours of sun lounging
Wifi was provided in the room and passwords but the connection kept dropping. Not raised as an issue as I had roaming data

Very clean friendly welcome from staff. V quiet complex and excellent location
Unheated pool. Furnishings somewhat sparse, for example, no decent reading lamp in lounge. Uncomfortable dining chairs and likewise hard chairs on balcony.

Apartment was very dull no sunshine at all therefore the use of the balcony was pointless….and the sun beds were very uncomfortable had to purchase two lilos for comfort

5* service from Guna from start to finish.
Prompt replies, helped with ensuring we had a ground floor apartment for mum who's disabled, sorted English channels for us. Nothing to much trouble. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed to hand. Great location too 👍
Beds I dint find comfortable but maybe that's preference of soft or hard mattress 🤔

I can't fault this property. It was located in a secure complex with secure access to pool area. The pool is not the biggest but perfect size for this complex. It's very clean and very quiet which we loved. The apartment was clean with all amenities including ceiling fans. The location was excellent just couple minutes walk to nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was cleaned and linen and towels changed during our 6 day stay. Highly recommend this property.
The only potential flaw was a slightly loose tap in the kitchen and flaking enamel in bath but this did not impact on any part of our stay. This is just wear and tear, the apartment was immaculate otherwise.
