Excellent variety of well prepared foods. Very relaxed atmosphere.

What an amazing stay, the staff were so amazing. You really do have that luxury feel here, Very tranquil. The breakfast was great and made us things that were not on the menu and nothing was an issue for them. They are all a credit to this hotel, a special shout-out to the room attendants, they were amazing!!!
The only thing I could fault was there not being a gym on premises there was an option to go to a neighbouring hotel but I had wished this was on premises.

The staff were phenomenal and helpful. The private plunge pool was awesome. Cleaning staff did a great job with nightly turnovers. Appreciated the prompt room service and sangrias. Eduardo was the best!
Some things were more outdated than I expected and a bit rough around the edges. Bed was extremely hard. Pillows were very flat.

mostly adult couples. small and personal hotel although joined to a large family hotel which you can also use. quiet with a great pool area, next to a sandy beach and it has a very good restaurant.
It is having a 6 month refurbishment between Jan- June 23, that’s good as in places it looked a little tired but always very clean.

from check in to check out the stay was absolutely amazing. Superb place, looked after all day. Liz and Daniel special mention.. kept us entertained and made it fun at breakfast and at the bar

Booked a room with private pool :
- the pool had only cold water, thing that wasn't mentioned in the room description, and it was unpracticable for the entire stay
- No Wi-Fi on the roof where the private pool is located.
Roof floor was unpracticable (pool with very cold water and no Wi-Fi) -> not according to specifications
- Very bad breakfast

The best hotel experience I had. The hotel prepared halal meals that weren't on the menu to cater for our religious beliefs. We were served on like royalty. The hotel staff made our experience.

Breakfast was very good a lot of choice, buffet or from the menu. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The receptionists, waiting staff even housekeeping was top.
