Stayed here over the recent bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by Trevor who was warm friendly and welcoming. Our room was a well appointed twin room with 2 double beds which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order for an additional £5. Had a lovely stay and plan to return to hotel Vienna on next visit to Blackpool Keep up the great work!

It was a friendly greeting. The room was adequate size

The was no heating in the room, it was warmer outside in the street. There was no hot water. The duvet was too thin for winter (stayed there in February)

A shower..... after I left the hotel. I also liked that we had to wipe our feet on the way out of the hotel....

The Class a drugs on the floor next to the toe nails. The smell of porverbial bull manure coming out 1 of the managers mouth. I've never stopped anywhere so dirty, unclean and unsanitary in my life, a trip to the clinic and a penicillin shot was needed after we spent a full hour there before we left. AVOID.

The staff were lovely, They made my dad and brother feel welcomed and they even upgraded there room!! highly recommend
