The breakfast was excellent and the location of the restaurant couldn't have been better

The air conditioning wasn't working on arrival. I asked to fix it and 2.5 hrs later when I returned it wasn't working despite someone had tried to fix it but wasn't able to fix it and didn't do anything else about it. I was very disappointed that they thought that this was good enough. There were 2 mugs in the apartment and a chip on one, not good enough We stayed in an apartment which was 200m away from hotel. We were told that there was 40 to 50 steps to get to it. There were 101 steps to get to this apartment. I think people need to be aware of the number of steps to access the apartment

Yolları biraz dar, araba park sorunu yaşayabilirsin ama sorunu çözmek için perast giriş yada çıkışta bırakabilirsiniz ve harika bir sahil yürüyüşü yapabilirsiniz.

We booked double bed room but they gave us very small room and you never see this room photo in booking web site.. totally disappointed with this price , plus my friend took shower then I wanted to take shower after 5 minute with shampoo hot water gone , reception says it’s normal because tank has no hot water left need to wait 30min , unbelievable! I waited with towel I catched cold and all my holiday destroyed because of cold , 4star hotel supposed to have double water tank I assume .. it’s not 20 eur per night Hotel !! I will not recommend this hotel ever , I would stay more convenient hotel and cheaper

Das Zimmer hatte keine Aussicht. Das Badezimmer hat einen grossen Spa welcher ist nicht sehr nutzbar. Die Terrasse ist nicht sehr sauber.

Pool was nice and quiet. Hotel restaurant was amazing - good food and lovely view. But the best was the staff. So nice and helpful all the way! I would recommend to contact the hotel and order transportation from the airport and to the hotel. Was very convenient.

*Room - Great decoration and fittings. *Location - On sea front and close to restaurants *The view - Seaview was lovely *Staff - Pleasant and helpful at reception and the staff who helped us to and from the car were lovely and helpful!

*The only small problem was some deliveries made close our room at 5am but I don’t think this was in the hotels control.

The breakfast was goods

there was 50 stairs with no elevators. It was chalanging. The rooms are too small for 2 pairs There was no lights around the stairs

We went to celebrate our wedding and the staff helped us a lot to reorganize everything due to the rain. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The staff was always gladly available to any need. On top of that, the Perast area caters the most beautiful views.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions - on Perast but also on Montenegro in general. They were very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast and restaurant are really worth it and the view from the terrasse is breathtaking. Rooms were large and clean.

There was quite a lot of noise from the streets but there was a wedding in the vicinity the night we stayed, so that was understandable.

Fantastic breakfast overlooking the bay. Very helpful, friendly staff. Our room had the most wonderful sea view and we were very grateful for the air conditioning! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Our room was a little on the small side, but not really a problem. It is quite a walk to the pool - again not a problem. The pool is small and could get a little crowded as it was so hot when we were there.

Perast is staggeringly beautiful, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is let down by poor communication. If you are driving, the hotel tells you to park in one of two car parks as the town is closed to trafic during high season. If one car park is full, they tell you to park in the other. In high season both car parks are full. We asked repeatedly when the car parks tend to empty, with no response. Whoever is manning the hotels WhatsApp account is letting the side down. For us it meant driving around for several hours, making trips back to the car park to see if a space had become available. At 7:30pm we finally found a space. There were several other instances of poor communication - no fishing rod for fishing boat trip, repeated loud knocking on the door which woke up our baby, some generally surly behaviour from staff. Ironically, the hotel staff try and get you to download their app, which apparently enables you to communicate with reception. Food in the restaurant is ordinary. Just a very annoying experience in many many ways.

I was in the annex which was perfect as I prefer a bit of privacy, and my room was off the main road. Super clean, comfortable, and my only disappointment was that I had to check out early and I missed the complimentary breakfast!

Amazing location, the staff are all very friendly. For breakfast there was a large choice and it can be enjoyed on the waterfront, which is very nice. Very good size room, comfortable and modern, fast wifi.

We were in a separate building to the hotel, so didn't really feel like we were staying there. The pool area was confusing to get to and when we got there, no towels were given to us.
