Quiet , nice location

That there was no facilities to make tea or coffee in the rooms , after long travel times always look forward to a hot cup of tea or coffee to relax ...especially as the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived

Checkin was easy and quick, restaurant personal was friendly

- dirty sink in bathroom - hairs in shower - breakfast was almost half empty - At checkout they didnt even ask how I liked the stay. After returning the key all I got was: ok bye

room is really big and well decorated, we noticed everything in the hotel is really high quality breakfast is really good and the restaurant which you can buy good are the best. It is no cheap but it worth!!

Unfortunately the wifi was not working at my room.

The breakfast is delicious, staff are relatively friendly for Germany, the bar has many options and the restaurant itself has phenomenal food. The building is one of the originals in the town so the rooms are a little bit older which is nice but if you’re like my sister or friend who traveled with us, it could aggravate your allergies. I love the restaurant and have always been fond of this place.

I highly recommend, although I did find the customer service to not be the most Ideal. They often requested things of me and my guests that they didn’t of other guests, such as saying not to forget our room keys because there was no reception that day or making us pay at breakfast instead of checkout. However, I believe this was a unique experience and they perhaps did not like me or my family or friends, despite having supported their business over the last two years. I would still recommend this place to any travelers because it is one of the best in the Bad Vilbel and surrounding area. And Nieder Erlenbach is a GEM of a town. You will love it

everything it’s in a small village & the hotel keeps the tone and style of it feeling old & rustic and authentic . very special . quaint and yet amazing

A small oven instead of the microwave would be a better solution. The pillows were bad.
