Reception staff was very friendly and smoothly treated. Room furnitures have been renovated well. Only one thing was concerned that entry and exit point from hotel is a bit dengerous when the car going to pubric road due to difficulty to look the road trafic where hided by curve of the road and parking cars on the street.

Great place to stay and visit Bad Vilbel or Frankfurt - we have family in walking distance so perfect for us. Covid-19 means breakfast is served from the normally self-service area, so the waiter was extra busy so it was not possible to really think about the choices and it could take time to get Coffee. It will be better when self- service returns, and of course that is the same everywhere in Germany right now.

Very good price , clean, friendly. I will definitely stay again but this time I will bring my coffee , creamer and water boiler alongside with my pillow. Everything is fine but I don’t understand why no water cattle in the rooms with tee or coffee. Also during make love with my girlfriend she fell the gap between mattresses, it should be one queen sized mattress not two Singles. :))

Very clean, sheets and towels changed every day. Large room. We have stayed several times, always the same consistent standards. Beds a little soft for our liking but that may be just us. For the price cannot be beaten. Car parking is in short supply but on the night there was none available when we returned at 10.30pm we found street parking nearby quite easily.

The hotel was clean and always had friendly staff greeting us. Most stores were Within 1 walking minutes away and the hotel is 5 driving minutes from downtown Bad Vilbel and about 15 driving minutes from downtown Frankfurt.

Good reachibility from Frankfurt. Few kilometers from autobahn A 661, exit Berken-Enkheim. Though closed to centre of Bad Vilbel, the surroundings of the hotel are very quiet, especially at night. Food and service at restaurant is very good. Stayed there 4 days and 3 nights during a seminar taking place at the hotel and had lunch and dinner at the hotel during this time. Conference service was excellent. Not only cookies and cakes during coffee breaks, but also collection of fresh fruits. Though staying there while IAA 2017 took place in Frankfurt nearby, hotel rates were moderate. However, I booked more than 6 months in advance.

Room is a little outdated... but comfortable. I enjoyed the cleanness. Great central location right by Frankfurt. I would stay there again.

The staff was nice, but the hotel is seriously outdated. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. Why use two mattresses in a double bed? I was glad it was just for one night.

It is the second year in a row that we are staying at the City Hotel. This is because it is one of the best hotels we ve ever stayed at. We were very pleased with the comfort of the hotel and with the great pprofessionalism of the staff. We will visit again next year .Thank you for your kind hospitality

We stayed at the Hotel for a 2 week family visit in the area. The Hotel has a restaurant , however we stayed over the Christmas holiday and Room service as well as the Restaurant were closed in the evenings . It would have been great to inform the guests staying at the hotel of that fact. Rooms are efficient and actually very quiet . We would stay there again .

We will always remember our stay in this lovely hotel. Located in a very pretty suburb of Frankfurt, at only 10 minutes drive from the city center, made our Silvester and New Years stay unforgettable. Offering all amenities that only a five star hotel can offer, with an exceptionally polite and helpful staff, an impeccable service, a top quality of materials and room amenities , made us spend one of the most beautiful Christmas and New Year Holidays ever.

The Staff were all very polite and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious with excellent quality bathrooms, especially the showers. It was a pleasant change to also be provided with decent shampoo, handwash and moisturiser in decent sized bottles too rather than the silly little ones often found in hotels. A real hairdryer too instead of those horrible ones that produce a lot of heat but no blow! The only thing I missed was air conditioning, but do understand that I went during a heat wave and I cannot imagine Frankfurt/Bad Vibel often has to contend with 30 degree temperatures. I had both dinner and breakfast and the food was very good, although quite expensive, so to feed a family would be very costly.
