The family room is spacious with a patio where you can relax for coffee or book reading. Location is good that only few minutes walk to a supermarket and restaurants. The pool is nice to have a women’s pool and kids play area. The sailing center is right next to it.

The down side is there is no beach.

I did not like the family suite because it separates between parents and kids specially if the children are too young Second thing which I was surprised that there was no swimming life guards at the area of the swimming pool specially that there are too many residence at the area and it is in high pick. After the incident of my child drowning in the hotel swimming pool, I was expecting from the hotel management at least to check on us and to see if my child was improving after the incident or not but unfortunately we did not get any care or attention from the hotel management and it’s a pity to have a known hotel not to care of the customer who stays at their resort. Unfortunately I was surprised and shocked with the treatment and if I rate the hotel for the service I will give it zero because the way of treatment and way of talking did not reach my level of expectation. Third, we have booked the family room with a view and when I reached to the hotel I was surprised with the room they provided which I did not book for, and when I went back to the reception they told me that I have to upgrade it to get the view and pay more which it is unacceptable but unfortunately we had to pay to get the room as we were tired from our trip. Therefore, there was no honesty with the customer regarding the stay as it seemed they wanted us to pay more money. Therefor to me, treatment and customer care satisfaction is my number one in rating the hotels and any service providers more than the place we stay because treating Human with honesty, respect and dignity as Islam thought us is the way of life is more important than anything else and that makes the place more as Home, friendly and a Happy place to stay. I hope this message will be considered and looked into it.

Room is lack of maintenance, and it is not clean. the stay not worth the price.

overall everything was fantastic. The only drawback is that it’s far from main attractions, but that’s not a problem at all. Pool was really nice. breakfast buffet was good. Good job to the chefs!! And the room was amazing.Big,cozy bed, nice balcony. will definitely come back again. Thanks guys.

lizards everywhere even the night you can’t sleep because of the lizards’s sounds and also the house keeping are not very serious in cleaning the apartment. I will not comeback for sure.

The view was spectacular. Good for someone who wants to relax their mind. Can see the sea while relaxing on the balcony. The swimming pool was great my kids love it so much. The breakfast different every morning and a lot to choose. The staff is really polite and always smile all the time. Can attend our request everytime. My family and i really love it !

Great location. Shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Women's only pool.

There is no beach & the pools closed at 8 pm. Guests usually don't get back to the hotel until after dinner. Having the pools' hours extended to midnight will enable them to relax & unwind after a long day of sightseeing & to cool down on hot evenings. The furnitures are showing their ages & should be updated
