I did like they help me get transportation to and from my location .

It air-conditioning was very bad. Each time I left out and came back after a hot day the air-conditioning was shut off and the room was very hot and it took along time to get it back comfortable to rest. I sat my package cookies out went to sleep ants was everywhere . The food order from the Restaurant inside hotel was ants crawling on the tray the plate was covered but that not good at all . The internet was my biggest problem no internet in the room at all I had to go down stairs from third floor with no air-conditioning it was very hot while waiting in a opened area to connec my phone to internet. The worst experience I ever had. And I travel alot. Iwas miserable the whole time my husband and I kill flies for two day. 😫 I was very happy when my check out say came I found Avery nice hotel with a pool and breakfast served that was less than what I bad for this place I don't recommend this place to people who travel from afar away.

Good property, good staff, good food. They have a kitchen on the terrace floor, make sure you visit it I would like to say thank you to the staff once again, especially the guy called Omar

unfortunately i could not try four F& B due to my insufficient time, but to be frank the room was excellent.

Credit card payment should be possible- . Payment needs to be sorted upon arrival, not on the last day.

There isn’t hot watter at the shower, and Dakar nights are cold.

In the downtown of dakar. I will give 5 for the location.......in local area which I like.... So the area is always accessible and a live till midnight but not noisy ... Felt safe.... Everything you need around you..... I reached very early by ferry and they allowed me to chk in which was very nice of them.....this will not happen in your 5 star hotel.... The staff was helpful and do their job in very good way
