Very clean place and quite rooms are Decent size

Breakfast and the pool was great. The owner had scooters for us to rent and facilitated activities for us.

The location was good and easy to get to the hotel. The parking was good for the location. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel has a good vibe and atmosphere.

The pool could be little warmer. More breakfast options. More diner options. Pure de papa or other Dominican breakfast. The shower could have some warm water to shower as I don’t like cold showers. Could have a little stronger internet but overall not bad. The staff could have provided some materials about the area, like things to do and places to go, restaurants, information about the beach etc. I can do my own research but getting the help from the locals would be even better.

Well run and overall very nice place. Food was good too. Room spacious and clean. Live music on weekend. Stayed an extra night.

Beautiful grounds to relax on the daybed. Friendly happy staff all day. Good food, free breakfast. Excellent bar with biljart, sports and darts. Good free wifi. Comfortable bed. Spacious room with terrace, safe and mini fridge. Boutique size, family run. 24h security on site.

Bathroom is a bit rusty. No water bottles provided in the room.

First of all a/c was not cold enough, bed was to noisy and hard, I was not able to catch a sleep during the whole night. Swimming pool wasn’t clean and they only serve coffee with the breakfast if you want juice you have to pay for it. On top of all when we were having breakfast someone from the staff asked me at what time I was leaving us knowing that check out was at 1:00 pm. I know that price is ok for what you get but you should always try to give your guess the best for them to go back to you and be able to recommend to friends. I have been to other hotels around the area with similar price and much better rooms, breakfast and with much more higiene. Won’t go again.

Everything was exceptional! Hotel Voramar is truly home away from home. Henk and his staff are very welcoming and understand the importance of customer service. The addition of Tilo as the new chef was a finishing touch to an already awesome hotel. I can't wait to get back for Christmas!

AC didn’t work, asked staff to change the room, guy told me next day. Nothing worked in the room. After night with this fan I get sick.

The manager was helpful all the time. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. There was also a lot of varieties of breakfast.

Loud music until late night. Everything is quite far from the hotel, you need taxi to get anywhere.

Good location. The room and the common areas were clean, wifi and aircon worked well. The staff was extremly friendly, though they didn't speak english. Food was tasty. Free parking area in the street right in the front of the hotel.

All rooms facing to the pool and the bar, which means noise and music (and guests) until mindnight. The matress was worn out, not really comfortable. Glasses in the room could be also useful.
