The bathrooms weren’t clean. Didn’t get the room in time. They delayed the giving of the room by 30 minutes. They didn’t provide towels and the previous room guests used towels were still in the bathroom. The AC in the bedroom was also not working.

Absolutely nothing except the location of the property.

Almost everything. The room was super dirty and lots of mosquitoes. TV didn’t work, AC remote was in locked mode. There were no amenities provided. Although we booked for 2 peoples they provided only 1 towel. Shower was not working properly. No room service was provided even after asking several times. They are basically scamming people by showing nice pictures on booking.com but in reality nothing was even remotely close to those pictures. They charge about 3300inr/Night with that disgusting service where we can find 5 star hotel accommodation at about double the price. The only thing worked was AC (Thank God for that). Booking.com should discontinue business with this place as it will give booking.com a very very bad reputation.

washing machine and fridge were useful, staff was friendly, centrally located (though everything in Chennai is a bit far and inconvenient), lots of nearby shops, spacious room. good AC, balcony with a little view

bugs, bugs, bugs, everywhere! cleanliness is severely lacking, especially in kitchen, which is kind of gross, so I would never use any of it except to boil some water. fairly stinky, though not unbearable, much is probably insecticide to fight the insects room was never cleaned in 5 days purportedly due to COVID protection, but who cares about that anymore?!

Good location, Staff was good, friendly front office executives,and house keeping boys, help full security, hope to visit again. 🇱🇰
