The apartment was exceptional, very clean and better than in the photos! We were welcomed by cake and wine. The sea view was amazing, the location close to old town - just perfect! The room had everything that is necessary and was really tidy. If we come to Budva again, we will choose this place one more time for sure :)

The location and the cleanliness of the place

The owner is very kind and friendly! It was a great experience to stay there! The balcony view was just amazing! The location is in a quiet area, which I absolutely loved, so there was no noise from the parties. You have to walk a bit on the hill, but overall everything is in close proximity: 5-10 min walk to the supermarket, the beach, the city center, and old town. Highly recommended!

We liked the hosts the most - warm and helpful people. They helped us a lot not only with finding a parking place for our car, but also with city tourist taxes, which must be paid upon arrival in Montenegro. The apartment is extremely clean, the view from the window is beautiful - you can see the sea, the Hawaii of Budva, the old town, you can drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sailing ships. Close to the shop, the old town - everything is within walking distance. Recommend this place!

Difficult situation with parking. When returning late at night, it is difficult to find a parking space. However, this is not a problem of the apartments, but of the whole city.

Extremely friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms, great view, and excellent value for money. Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

The place of the house is perfect and the owners are very genial. Cleaning was also good. İt was a good Journey for us.

Only, the kitchen was common and the kitchen equipments like pan were a little bit old. But most of them were useable.

the view from the balcony was amazing, like a beautiful painting (old city with its bell tower, beautiful bay with mountains around and ships sailing across). close to the old city, the market, the beaches. The host was very kind and friendly. the cakes I found in the fridge were incredibly delicious. and the cleanliness was perfect (smell of freshness, snow white linens).

on the one hand the location was very good as I mentioned above. still there were very many stairs to get to the apartment which was not very convenient especially after a long day of walking

Everything is great. The apartment itself is not luxurious, but had everything we needed: AC, kitchen, balcony. The host is friendly. Overall the booking experience was smooth.

The host does not speak English, but we managed to understand each other, so this wasn't a problem for us at all. It's difficult to find a parking space nearby, but parking in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the house is doable.

The host is GREAT ! We had an awesome time in Budva in Villa Jovana. The accommodations were just like in the pictures, clean, with a great view on the sea side and Budva old town. I recommend this place to everyone.
