It was located in a good area in the USJ 9 business centre and within walking distance to Taipan. That is the only good thing.

The hotel while relatively new was incredibly poorly maintained. We stayed checked in and out of this hotel 3 times of the course of 2 weeks due to stays in Singapore and Penang in between. We had the same room (room 304) the first two times. In between our stays from 31st Dec 2022 - 4th Jan 2023 and 7th - 9th Jan 2023 the room was not properly cleaned since we left it. Dead insects from the previous stay were still left and I am not convinced the bedding was cleaned either. We reported maintenance issues such as lights not turning on and these were never fixed. Light fixtures were also dangling in the hallways and paint peeling off the walls from previous leaks. However it was our final stay in the "upgraded room" (room 309) on Jan 11th that we truly experienced the poor standards of this hotel. The room window would not fully shut so we could hear all the noise from outside the room (see picture). The I also found a cockroach in the bathroom the next morning and the bathroom stank of cockroach droppings. We asked the hotel staff to sort this and all they did was remove the cockroach, the bathroom was not even cleaned (see smudges in last review picture)! Then to top it all off, when we asked to check out early due to finding the cockroach the hotel refused to refund us as they claimed they could not reverse the card charges. Utter lies and disgusting hotel with even more appalling service. We will be reporting this hotel to the health board.

The place and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was the best and I would definitely recommend to stay here again. The staff called Shahmeer and Sam were the best staff that I have ever met. I will like to thank them. If you come to Malaysia I would definitely stay at this hotel.
