Grote schone kamer en heerlijk wasmiddel

Afschuwelijke bedden, super gehorig, blaffende buurhond, geen bedlampjes en zeer luidruchtig personeel welke wij om 23.30 hebben moeten verzoeken zacht te zijn omdat we probeerden te slapen. Al met al zo'n dramanacht dat we om 04.15 uit bed zijn gegaan en zijn vertrokken.

Staff is very polite and flexible. The room was tidy and clean

The shower was leaking too much while using it. And the water didn’t drain properly. Also unfortunately it was nor tea neither coffee available at the kitchen

Clean apartment with all that necessary.

There are no parking for the hotel,only city parking in the middle of the street which is very busy parking. And if travelling with plenty luggadge,not very safe to leave a car.

Very nice simple accommodation. Clean. Nice local restaurants nearby with good food. Room was bright and large.

Everything was comfortable, bathroom was clean. It was nice. the Lady was very sweet and polite even though I arrived late ar night because my flight was cancelled😅

We liked the city. The accommodation is good for two or three stays, it is far from the city centre, so you can get a good night sleep and rest.

We ended up in Stupava by accident when a big rain drenched us on our cycling trip from Czech Republic to Croatia. We selected the accommodation at a last minute and were very happy with it. It is close to the town center (we recommend pizza nad ice cream at the "U Sámira" bistro). The shower had a very good water pressure. The kitchenette was available in the corridor which was just accross our room. The staff was flexible enough to let us park our bikes in a room downstairs.

The receptioninst could have been more friendly, not just giving the impression of "doing the job".

Check-in and checkout were super-fast and uncomplicated. The young woman at the reception spoke perfect English and we were in 5 min. in our room (nr. 7 or 8). The room was larger than average, clean, and equipped with a quite new furniture. The bathroom was also very decent and clean. No complaints there. The price we paid was very low, which was also indicating potential disadvantages.

We got the room was on the upper floor and with the roof window facing the main street. The room has no AC and a small ventilator was a poor replacement. The street our room was facing is extremely noisy (it is called Main Street with the reason) practically the whole day except between 2:00 and 3:30 o’clock in the night. Not even the closed roof window was able to offer sufficient sound insulation. On the other side, the doors of the neighboring room(s) were super-squeaky, which is a bad combination considering that the common kitchen is on the same floor and quite frequently used by most of the guests. To make the long story short – we spent two days outside the room and had two warm, sleepless nights in the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to families with babies or older people, especially over hot summer days. Young couples, students, or travelers with lower comfort requirements may enjoy the challenge…
