Nice pool, nice location.

Each room should have a mini fridge. That way people can keep a little food and drinks in their room. This is almost standard in the US now.

Everything is excellent except for the pool that needs attention. Staff always super nice. Rooms quite clean and modern.

Pool requires maintenance, Water cloudy

-swiming pool empty for manteinance. -requested extra key, didn’t give it to us. -lost by accident the plastic card programable key and I was charged for it $500 mxn. In my opinion very poor service.

The hotel is not in the hotel zone it is in a residential neighborhood. The outdoor spaces are nice for relaxing, the room was comfortable and we never heard people in adjacent rooms. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was adequate. We were very surprised at how nice it was for the price.

We had to ask for the two bottles of water to be replaced everyday. Essential for teeth brushing!

Quiet, very nice pool area with lush landscaping. outdoor seating area are great for enjoying a cocktail.

The water barely got hot in my room, but a minor inconvenience.

Clean, pretty 'jungle'atmosphere, relaxing

Restaurant closed by noon, there's no restaurants within easy access without a taxi , they were in maintenance clean up mode so pool area was taken apart and scaffolding up to walk around just didn't feel welcomed

The room was very clean and the employees very friendly and always wearing their mask

Actually nothing to say, our time was very pleasent
