Se encuentra ubicada en un sector muy familiar y seguro. El personal muy atento y agradable, preocupado en todo momento y de cada detalle, sirven un desayuno exquisito.

La atención personal excelente. Facilidades todas y orientación, ayuda para los desplazamientos. Trato muy cercano. El alojamiento es amplio, limpio, cómodo. Excelente decoración.

Lovely comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast served to your room at the time that you choose Patricio is so friendly and helpful - recommended great restaurants and things to do on Chiloe Some reviews say it’s a far walk from Castro centre and you need a car - this is true but you do need a car to explore Chiloe anyways!

Gostamos de tudo. Instalações muito confortáveis e de muito bom gosto; banheiro/banho excelentes. O Patrício foi muito gentil e prestativo em tudo. Cafe da manhã muito bom.

Habitación muy acogedora, calentita, limpia , cama super cómoda, desayuno rico a la habitación y Patricio, el anfitrión, siempre muy preocupado.

the rooms were big and the bed was a king sized bed for my wife and I. the sheets and pillows were the softest we experienced on our 4 week trip through Argentina and Chile. the room TV had Netflix which was wonderful to be able to watch movies before going to sleep. the wifi was good with no interruption in service. the breakfast was brought to the room every morning at the time you specify and was very nice. the host Patrick was very helpful in advice for dinner and excursions. Would highly recommend this place.

the only negative is that the accommodations are not close enough to walk to restaurants but we had a car so it was no issue for us.

it’s a big blue house with multiple units. Our room had a big king bed, super comfy with lots of pillows and blankets. tasteful and modern decor, fantastic new bathroom, good hot water pressure. breakfast is served in the room so there’s a small table, desk and couch in the room. large screen TV and Netflix. the small balcony was great for hanging out! The best part was the host Patricio, what a kind and attentive man! we were there over Christmas because our flights were delayed due to a snowstorm, I was feeling sad about missing family time on Christmas Eve. We were going to try and find food (from a store since everything was closed) when he so kindly asked if we were interested in fresh ceviche he was making. it was delicious and it made our night. he went above and beyond as a host and we were so appreciative!

it’s a guesthouse so you’re walking into someone’s house, some may feel uncomfortable doing that but Patricio was most welcoming despite the language barrier. our Spanish is pretty poor so we weren’t able to communicate as much as we would have liked. it’s an 8 minute drive outside of the main area of Castro so you probably need a car to get there and residential so not a lot of options for food.
