Combination with neighbour hotel so access to different pools and settings.

No possibility to add a bed to a big room so we had to take 2 double rooms for 2 adults and a kid.

A wonderful oasis in Tulum. Hotel was beautifully designed, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the Nespresso machine and good water pressure. The staff was delightful and helpful. Bonus points for the wonderful cocktails at the bar. Location was close enough to town but still a bit out of the way so super quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!!

Gorgeous hotel slightly off the beaten track, the staff couldn't have been more attentive or helpful during our stay. Our room was big, clean and quiet with an overview of the jungle. Highly recommended.

The only down side was that there was a few families with small children at the hotel during our stay, which was quite noisuy ealy in the morning.

Staff were lovely & friendly, nice setting, good size room, bed & bathroom. Short walk to a good selection of restaurants. Nice pool set in garden with 6 sun beds although the same tiling makes it a little difficult to focus on the steps into the pool! Also give yourself time to check your bar bill before check out, my fault but I didn’t & there were a few drinks that were added, probably in error. Overall we loved it & would recommend 👍

You should be required to sign for drinks from the bar.

The room was great, and the mattress was very confortable. A plus for us was the hammock inside the room

The hotel could't process the payment with Booking. I needed to pay at the end of my stay. We didn't like the shockers that they place to the hammock, but this was purely preference.

We had an amazing stay! Tiki Tiki is truly a hidden gem! We will definitely be back!

Tiki Tiki was incredible. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Delicious food and drinks. Beautiful pool area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to restaurants and cenotes. Staff helped us with taxis and tour bookings. Even packing a breakfast for us. Highly recommend!

Everything, the room, the pool, the people.

Chill place on the outskirts of Tulum. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and really friendly staff. Other amenities include a pool and use of the facilities at their sister hotel next door.

The only thing to note is that it's a bit removed from the main commercial strip so it helps if you have a car.

The hotel is a beautiful and tranquil haven on the outskirts of Tulum pueblo. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as the beaches around Tulum were inaccessible due to currents with seaweeds (!) as happens annualy around this period.

We loved everything and thank to a last-minute booking reduction it turned out to be great value for money.

Lovely boutique hotel in great location. Rooms were of a good size, nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Staff were lovely. Breakfasts were really good too. Would definitely stay there again.

very far from everything. the breakfast would change sometimes. Every day was the same: 1 glass of caffe, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 croassaint, 1 piece of bread, 1 butter, jam and bowl of fruits (this was very tasty)

loved the more secluded location in the jungle. the staff was super helpful, the cleaning crew, damien the bartender, the breakfast chef, night security, and the ladies at front desk. and the architecture and design details are superb. The toucan family outside of our balcony greeting us all the time.

The location is excellent, not far from the main central area, but lovely and quiet, near a strip of excellent restaurants on Calle 7. Getting to make use of sister hotel Holistika's facilities was great too. The bar is lovely, and breakfast was simple but delicious. Everything is very tastefully decorated. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

We booked a three person room but this involved sharing two queen beds, which meant two of us were sharing a small bed, and had quite disrupted sleep as a result. As the pool is in the shade, it's a bit cold to swim in, and you can only sunbathe in the morning - but since you can use Holistika's pool, which gets more sun, this is fine.

Great room, the bar was very good with top cocktails and the breakfast fresh and tasty. The style of the hotel is very cool.

Jessica was amazing on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. You get access to the pools at holistika which is a 1 min walk and has many amenities. It's in a great location away from from the hustle and bustle of town. You can easily get a bike to the beach.

The walls are a bit thin. At times there was noise fem other guests but it didn't impact my stay

Breakfast was delicious. Others might would want to have additional options from juice, coffee, yogurt and bread, however there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance if you want more options. (we never asked to see if there were other options other than continental breakfast). Staff was so kind and amazing. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate our day trip that didn't work out, helped us to reschedule the next day, grab us a cab and make us breakfast to go the next day. Loved the welcome drinks! Local mart nearby across the street, so easy to grab snacks and water.

Wifi was spotty in different parts of the room. If you need good signal throughout, recommend using wifi in the lobby/pool area. Location can seem a bit far from the town, but honestly, as the area around this hotel expands, I think there will be even more to do and will not feel like you're missing out because it's far from the Tulum town center. Room size is ok for staying and sleeping. Lots of ants in the bathroom initially when we walked in, but was better in subsequent days.
