Things liked : Location in vicinity to airport, most hospitable and helpful host, property as promised in picture. Carlos was continuously feeding information about things to do, eat, explore in Lisbon and around much before our planned travel. So we could plan the trip well. Due to some unfortunate incident (of losing wallet) during trip, spoiled trip a bit. Here too, Carlos stepped up to help us in all possible way. He is gem of person. I can go on and on. There is much to stay with even 1 night stay at this property.

Things disliked : none; everything was perfect

Excellent location near by the airport. Quiet residential area with many restaurants. There is also a grocery store nearby. Plenty of free parking lots at the front and side of the building. Good garage underneath of the building was included the room price. Easy access behind the corner. The host showed all the places and explained everything well in English. First, we got to know the apartment and how the kitchen works. He showed the parking lot and nearby restaurants. He also ordered a taxi for the morning because we left our car in the parking lot when we went to the Azores for 4 days. I received at least 20 WhatsApp messages from him in one evening before our arrival. I mistook them for spam and didn't read or reply. Don't be afraid like me, just read the posts. There are a lot of good tips for Lisbon. After the Azores, we went to Albufeira and he gave us tips there as well.

We agreed upon our arrival time with the host, but then had to wait 15 minutes for his arrival. When we entered the apartment we discovered that one bed was missing: we made a reservation for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids aged 11,11,13,14) and each of us was supposed to have a place to sleep, but that was not the case. The host insisted that we booked a place for 7 persons, even though the description of the apartment on booking.com was clear: 3 double beds and one sofa bed. Instead there were two double beds, one sofa bed and 1 single bed. The host became very aggressive and we felt very uncomfortable, so we asked him to leave and arranged to sleep somehow. We contacted Booking.com customer care and learnt that, according to the host, children under 12 are supposed to sleep in double beds with their parents, which is not the service we have paid for. Furthermore, we tried to call the flat's owner but he never answered the phone and was only available on whatsapp. I strongly recommend not to book this apartment.
