Joana & Carla were lovely. They gave firewood for our stay and water. Also a present of wine and chocolate. Netflix on the television for evening relaxing. The kitchen we thought was well equipped. The house is well thought out and stylish. Honesty cabinet for guests who may have run out of groceries is a lovely idea! washing machine and detergent provided. Big fridge freezer and a good microwave. We bbq’d outside which was lovely. The log burner is sensational. Heated blanket on the bed too. We had a lovely stay! 🪬

Cozy with a beautiful view and terrace. Great location for people that want to be near Melides without actually staying in the village. The pool and the land to explore are great as well for kids. Real connection with nature.

Nothing that I didn’t like. The knives and some kitchen tools could receive an upgrade.

The location is amazing just 5 min drive to Melides and views are stunning. The place is very calm and sunny, the outdoor patio and the little pool so beautiful. The house is rustic charme and very cozy. The hosts are very kind , friendly and helpful.

The hosts Joana and Carla were exceptional, so welcoming, kind and helpful. The place is a true oasis in the green, lush surroundings of Melides - yet it is not too far from the beaches. The villa is very pretty and stylish, great pool! We loved everything and hope to be back! Thank you again!!

Nothing really!

Nice and quiet location, 5-6km from the nearest place. The house/s have a lovely rustic look and feel. If you like staying completely remote and will spend days meditating or reading, this is the place for you. Host was great and very helping on everything we needed.

First and foremost - pictures advertised are mainly for the first country house, so if you book this property confirm that you are getting the one with the swimming pool. The one we were in was still heavy "work in progress". And this can be seen on every step. Hall was actually boarded with plywood because glass was not delivered the day before. This is a place for family, not 4 grown ups. There is only one (common) bedroom. It is advertised as 4 beds and "room separated with bamboo wall", but you can check the pictures what that actually means. Those "additional" beds are for people under 170cm in height. Bathroom is really small and has actually no real door (only poorly fixed slider panel -> check the mages). It has one of the least functional washbasin I have ever seen - you can either hit (with your head) pipe or oversized and low hanging light bulb. :) Kitchen has all the utensils, but it is really badly lit (we were keeping cellphone with light on top of one cabinet during cooking) and again - it the second house it has no squared table, but semi circled so it was a bit cramped up during breakfast. Once on the property you have nothing to do - there is a single road for 5.5km going uphill and passing through, no TV programs, very bad internet connection (it was working on/off for us), so bring your own entertainment. I didn't mind the unfinished look and feel, but would like to see a better price for such value on the current market - it left me with the impression that our stay founded further renovations.
