Firstly I wanted to mention that we really like the room and loved the central location.

The staff was extremely rude, their cleaning lady took a pictures of our clothes and stuff and the “manager” has sent it to us. This was the reason why they did not clean our room. We felt really uncomfortable with the pictures as this goes against our privacy, when I tried to talk to the very rude manager about it he recommended me to take a course on privacy and literally told us that we can be kicked out of the property for this. This is not okay, we did not feel safe or welcome and that is very sad, cause of the apartment is very well located and the facilities are great! Although it was 3 of us and we only got 2 sun beds on our Terrasse , additionally we found out that one was broken and we asked to change it, but that never happened. After we were charged additional 18 euros for a new towels which we did not ask for! Not okay to charge your customers for something they did not request!! Very disappointing staff, extremely rude. I do travel a lot, but this has never happened to me before.

A great place to stay, offers so much more than other properties at a similar prices. We'll definitely be back.

The terrace was not like on the pictures, not quite comfortable, also it’s between the skyscrapers so there is no intimacy. Also you share the terrace with neighbours (between you and the neighbour room there are just a few flowers). The room is really dark, and don’t be fooled by the pictures, since the room that is on all the main pictures isn’t accessible on booking. In the room with the terrace there is no sauna!! Breakfast also wasn’t provided, apparently because of Covid-19. The bidet was broken in our bathroom The doors to the terrace could not be properly locked.

Firstly the property was very clean and comfortable. For sure better than in picture. The location is very central and it’s located in 5/10 minute to the best attractions of the city. Want we talk about the sauna inside the room?!? Ahahaha magnificent! Top quality!! Around it there are a lot of topical restaurant where you can taste all the tipical products. Better than a 5 stars hotel for me!!!
