Not value for money. Worst cleanliness. Blankets are dirty to use for families and kids. AC unit not working.

The reception staff was rude and tried to cheat us. The booking was still on and they have mentioned the rooms are not available and booking got cancelled need to pay the amount which is way higher than the listed one. After a very long dispute finally they have accommodated us with the existing booking. Don't book this property as it is full of cheaters and boozers.

Very bad staff with rude management

Nothing. More than human being we will find cockroaches everywhere.

Horrible customer service. They don't even provide water. Nobody to help u take luggage till the room. Lift breaks down every now and then. We had booked 5 rooms but we all had very bad experience. I think booking.com does not visit their properties everything. Never book through booking.com coz they promise something and we get something else. The reception guy charged 600 more from my mom coz she checked in before me.
