Lovely location and building

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our evening meal for three was fantastic, all the different options were lovely. The breakfast which was priced in with the stay, set us up for the day ahead, it was lovely. I had a previous stay in COVID-19 times also very good, hopefully we will see you again.

We could only stay one night due to my work schedule.

No Tissues and would have liked the bathroom more if it was a little bigger by not having a shower over the bath. A shower instead. Also toilet roll holder where the paper kept falling off.

The ability to sit in the pub when we wanted to and the rooms themselves were very comfortable.

No facility to pay for meals etc at end of stay.

The owner, Alison, is extremely welcoming, lovely, and helpful. We were extremely well looked after. We'd definitely stay again, as well as recommend. If you get a chance to eat in the restaurant, the food is excellent too.

The food was exceptional !

Not enough space for residents to relax downstairs. If visitors to restaurant sat in the only two sofas the nowhere to sit & relax as there are No armchairs in the room.

Both the evening meal and breakfast were very well prepared, presented and beautiful to eat with excellent flavour. I opted for this location based on my work and it was perfect for me. The room and facilities were excellent, with all the staff, being very friendly, polite and helpful. I would use them again.

The carpet in my room was grubby around the foot of the bed.

Staff very friendly especially Jasmin and they couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable and would stay there again.

The food was excellent, the staff were freindly and the bed was comfortable. Good quality beer and easy parking.

Booked a room advertised as room with a garden view, the view was of the car park not a garden. Really need to re advertise as this is not right. Toilet paper thin and room waz snug!!

I celebrated a significant birthday the evening we were there and the staff could not have been more helpful to make sure I had a memoral birthday.

The Parson Woodforde is a very old building that has been tastefully and extensively modernised, and is now a comfortable bed and breakfast with an excellent bar and restaurant. It is tucked away in a tiny rural village, but still not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Norwich. Staff were friendly and obliging and dinner was first class. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Although the cooked breakfasts were excellent, there was little provision for a light continental style breakfast. The room was good but the bed was extremely soft, but we appreciate that this is a matter of personal preference.
