Good location, garage, nice and big apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The communication with the host was amazing, he helped us arrange parking for a second car. Next time when we visit Bratislava we will stay in the same apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, has two floors and is very clean and well equipped. There is also a spacious terrace. Communication with the host was amazing, Miroslav was nice and caring and provided us with necessary instructions to ensure that the check in process was as smooth as possible.
As with any apartment in an old building, the problem is a lack of lift. Toilet doors unfortunately don’t lock

Miroslav was a fantastic host, they were very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was lovely, will definitely look to book again when we return to Bratislava.

Great apartment, huge terrace with a nice view, a big kitchen with full equipment, and a very nice and kind host, Miroslav. Would definitely come back again.

The proximity of the garage, the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, detergents, dishwasher powder, even condiments... the warmth of the floor and the witty host.
3rd floor with no lift, broken blinders, and most notably the too soft mattress and pillows.

Spacy apartment, kitchen well equipped, located nearby large shopping mall, possibility to park a car in the garage (to be arranged with the host in advance)
Beds were creaking on the first floor, must be aware that no doors for second bedroom

I do not recommend staying. It may have been a good apartment before, but now it's a hole. There is a lot to handle.
The apartment is not cleaned at all there are alot of dead flies on the windowsill, pigeon droppings on the balconies. Tables and floors are dirty. The freezer had a strange smell.
The chairs on the balconies are broken and it is dangerous to sit on them. The landlord must have accident insurance because accidents are possible.

Cool & friendly host. Managed to hand over the property easily over a telephone. Very spacious and well equipped. Suitable for office. Possible to use the locked garage. Great location. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the apartment from 2/11/2019 till 9/11/2019. The place is great, it is 10 minutes on foot from the bus station so it is very convenient to get to the apartment or to visit other cities. The flat is very spacious, has two floors and great terrace. Living room-kitchen-studio, bedroom, bathroom and toilet are on the first floor and one bedroom with terrace is on the second. All necessary items were there in the kitchen and in the bathroom, hair dryer and iron are also included. The owner of the flat was always in touch so if we had some problems or questions he answered and helped immediately. The flat is heated and cozy. The distance to the Lidl is 20 minutes on foot and to the nearest shopping center is 15 minutes. The time was great and I absolutely recommend this place and with pleasure visit it again
