Everything was perfect. The hotel has free coffee and tea in the kitchen, we used it a lot. It has microwave so we were able to cook. It has very good location between train station and the Most popular places. The room was very clean

The location in the centre

It was a dreadful experience. Facilities did not match description on booking.com. Unable to use the microwave or stove as the 'kitchen wear' mentioned in the details consisted of a single small frying pan and some plates and a bowl - not kitchen ware! So we were unable to cook the food we had bought. No kettle in the room, only downstairs but was empty with no water supply nearby. No hair dryer - as mentioned in advert. Dirty - lots of dust in the radiator and stained toilet. The shower door does not close properly.

The location is ideal! Easy to find.

It has a very unpleasant smell. Thin walls,you can hear everything while sleeping. It wasn't very clean.

The Hotel is so cute and authentic; it reflects the vibe of the city. the rooms are well sized and very comfy. the location is amazing, just off st Salvador square in the centre.

Everything was good for us. Just keep in mind that is it not accessible you should be comfortable with stairs.

Amazing location and great breakfast. The apartment is a bit outdated, but for Bugges that's excusable. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved a bit. Great shower.

Fantastic location and gorgeous room. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. We departed Bruges at 23:45 and they were more than happy to let us the common area until we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near tourist attractions and walking distance from the train station. Big room with complementary coffee. Coffee table available in the room. Large common area with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. Complementary coffee was available. Beer, wine, etc. were available to grab and pay afterwards. Easy access to the hotel and room with the same key card.

Bathroom could've been a bit bigger. No lifts available. Consider this if you carry heavy luggage.

great location. close enough to market square without being right in the busy heart of the town. comfortable bed and very nice lounge bar next to reception. good size room, bigger than average for Bruges in our experience.

Central Location

Rather run down. Broken draws on bedside tables. Large holes in towels. It was generally rather shabby. It was clean but not spotless. Thin walls, therefore noisy. No staff.

Everything! the owner (Susy I guess) is amazing! She’s very polite, nice and ready to help. The hotel is located in an amazing place, next to everything you need, cool stores, nice restaurants, beautiful places… the breakfast is delicious! The room is very comfy and warm, the bathroom is great too!
