The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location — all for a pretty reasonable price for Copenhagen!

Shower was a bit of a wet room, but nothing horrible.

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut. Die Lage war super, nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer waren zum Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig.

Fällt mir nichts dazu ein, war alles super.

I liked that I stayed in a historic building (First building built in the country with an elevator that STILL functions), that the rooms felt cozy, that the bar/lounge area downstairs felt welcoming, and that the Staff were VERY friendly. I also loved the close proximity to everything in Copenhagen.

Everything was stellar, if not for the fact the the elevator was down when I arrived to check in, so I had to carry my luggage all the way upstairs to the top floor (6th). Full Disclosure: The receptionist very kindly volunteered and offered to assist me but I turned her down, as I didn’t want to indispose her. Elevators were functioning later in the evening, so no issues afterwards.

Rooms pretty compact and shower is very small - bathroom is a wet room really. But still enjoyed our stay.

Das Hotel ist von Aussen und Innen ein architektonisches Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll abgestimmt, die Lage in einem spannenden Quartier, eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, der Hauptbahnhof ist fussläufig oder per Bus direkt erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit ist gut das Bad funktional und aussreichend gross.

das Fenster liess sich nicht vollständig öffnen, was schade ist, weil der Hof grundsätzlich ruhig ist. Die Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern sind schlecht schallisoliert, die Zimmertür zum langen Gang auch. Wenn die anderen Hotelgäste in Ordnung sind (war bei mir so) dann schläft man aber ruhig. Der Zustand des Hotelzimmers war nicht topp, aber kein Drama, aber Abnutzungserscheinungen sind sichtbar.

Die Lage war sehr zentral.

Das Frühstück war unzureichend. Eine Tasse Kaffee, ein trockenes Croissant oder Nougattasche, ein Apfel oder wenn noch vorhanden, eine Banane. Ein Naturjoghurt mit Granola, ohne Alternative für Allergiker. Das war es.

Our room must recently been made into a room or something because the door was not that soundproof and made a lot of noise itself. Would be nice with more toilets for the rooms without. Warm room!

Room was extremely small for a couple. Bed was 1,5 maximum. It wasnt double. Worst part, it was full of flies and dirty carpets.( Bathroom was cleaner but nothing special)

This hotel is stylish and conveniently located, with the main train station just a 10-minute walk away for easy airport access. All major tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, although it lacked a fridge (which didn't bother me personally). Overall, the hotel provided everything I needed and I loved my stay there.

It was stylish downstairs and good concept except for cleanliness. They have fixed the issue around self entry and check in after 10pm and the receptionist gave me directions to get the train/tube from the airport.

There were bed bugs, old mattress and additional mattress too, and cleanliness needs improving. I couldn’t sleep all night as the bed bugs had bitten me badly and I had swelling. It is an older property and old carpet so they need to do proper fumigation so the bed bugs are not just in the mattresses or frame but also walls and cracks near the bed and surrounds. I wasn’t offered an apology. No discount or anything. I was told that there were no notes on file for that room. Please do not stay here.

When I entered the room there was a stench that turned me off.. but it went away quickly, maybe from the pipes of the old building.

Orribile stay! This hotel charged me approximately 70 Eur with the excuse I smoked into the room. This Is clearly false, I only smoked cigarette outside window, out of perimetral premises area in fact the hotel was not able to provide any proof of my infraction, they only presumed that from and empty package of cigarette found into the room. In addition this hotel Is eventually missing the more basic standards of safety required by law, cause If I ever smoked into the room a Smoke detector should have been activated.

Staff were fantasticly friendly. Loved the free glass of wine served between 5pm and 6pm. Location was superb, right near the Central Station, lots of good places to eat nearby and Tivoli Gardens was just down the road.
