Location is the main reason for my picking this hostel, just take a tram in front of the central train station and arrive in a few minutes. Supermarket is just at the corner, and more eateries can be found if you go further 300M.

There was only one elevator working, the other one was out of order (didn't know how long it happened). I have to walk thru 4 doors (2 with lock) and a very long hallway before reaching my room. After checked in I was told to pick up pillow case, bed sheet, dovet cover & a towel per guest, that means we have to make our own bed and also to return them when we check out. Depost of NOK200 is required when borrowing the cooking utensils, they charged my credit card at spot and refund it when I return the utensils, this resulted that I lost some money due to exchange difference (they should do it as pre-authorized/guaranteed payment and do not actually charge it until the day of check out).

La ubicación era perfecta muy cercana al centro. En general el hostal estaba muy bien, correcto. Nos gustó y calidad precio bastante bien.

Everything was very clean, location is perfect: bus stop just across the hotel, Oslo central station about 10 min walking, very friendly staff. they have everything you need for cooking, like detergent, dishes, spoons, sponges and so on,you just need to deposit money and they give back when you return the set. We didn’t have any problem with noise. We will come back for sure!!!!!

Between central station and the cool district Grønerlokka everything is easily walkable from the hostel. The receptionists are friendly, welcoming and very organised. The dorm room was toasty warm. The bedlinen and towels were clean (the duvet and pillow are not). Free microwave usage and cheap coffee. Free luggage storage that is locked. Honestly, it was the cheapest with okay-ish ratings so if you don’t expect more it’s fine for a short stay.

Dorm: The beds are wobbly, no light or socket at the bed, kitchen and table are right in the room, but you have to borrow all equipment to use it, not even a kettle somewhere, no curtains on beds, thin walls. Communal areas are not inviting to mingle or work since loud music is blasting through the speakers and there are no activities planned.

Location is very near city centre, staff is friendly, mattress is very comfy to sleep on.

Check in very late, 3pm

The location is very beautiful and close by central, the hostel is very nice.

The building was old

The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is close to the city center. The price-quality ratio is realistic. The staff at the reception is very friendly.

The kitchen in the room does not contain dishes. You can take them at the reception with a deposit. Which is certainly not a flaw, but we just didn't have that information immediately before receiving the check-in email.

Tiny but it does the job

Bed was comfortable and the location was great. I walked almost everywhere, and lovely Grunerlokka area is just around the corner. The room is quite big and clean.

The room was so basic, it reminded me of a prison cell. No night stand, no night lamp, no shower, just a drain. And it was not cheap.

Very central for the price, excellent and helpful staff, decent room.

Unsafe hostel, a drunk person from the dorm brought his two guys at 4AM, yelling and started smoking weed in the room. They were agressive and seemingly living in the streets/had fights beforehand. The reception made the mistake of letting them enter and I was very scared. The next day the staff was nice and understanding but I am waiting for a refund with no answer to my email.

Bathroom floor always wet because of shower. Everyone has to squeegee the floor after showering but they dont.

Having a fridge, kitchen & bathroom in the room was great. The lounge area downstairs was comfortable and the staff were amazing, helpful & friendly! Also super convenient just outside a tram stop!

Bathroom was quite dirty, wasn’t cleaned during the day and no separate shower area, only separated by a curtain. Also the heat inside made it unbearable and difficult to sleep, even with the windows open. They are apparently trying to get funding for fans that will help but I was grateful to only be staying one night as it was horribly hot.

There were no kitchen utensils. You have to deposit snd take to some utensil to the room. Clean and safe.

Crowded. Cheak in takes long time. Suitable for young people. There were only one toulet paper for 4 people for 2 days.
