Very quiet room. Casual but solid, safe and mini fridge, decent table to do some office work on a laptop. Windows face a walking-only shopping street that is deserted at night. Modern building made of thick concrete. Pay attention to take keycard when leaving at night, because reception may not be manned at that time. Pleasant staff. Q park exit/entrance faces the hotel. Restaurants and terraces just a few hundred meters away.

There is no full body mirror in the room and you can’t turn on the heating (just 25° the air conditioner)

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The beds were really comfy. Good location, everything close.

Room was a bit small for two people

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the center,in an area full of bars, restaurants and shops.

The room was very cold. Although I announced my late arrival (at around 23:00) and the reception left a key in a safe box, nobody bothered to also switch on the heating. The heating being from an A/C-like system, rather than a heater, took ages to make a difference in temperature in the room. The walls were very dirty in several places, the ceiling had some uncovered holes, right above the bed, and the dust on the lamp in the bathroom must have been a couple of years old. The TV was far too small for the the distance from the bed. Total lack of attention to detail: bathroom tap installed crooked.

Had organised to have a little extra suprise in the room as it was for our early annivery trip and the staff were so accommodating and warm to us, they kindly upgraded our room as a suprise and we're so warm on arrival big smiles and loads of chats and laughs. Was such a gorgeous hotel will definitely be staying again it was fab, the room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfy didn't want to leave to be honest haha. Thank you again to all the staff for making our trip so fantastic :)
