This property is just perfect. Close to everything that we needed, easy to find and providing all the facilities. It’s chic, cozy and super clean. The host was friendly and helpful, he provided minibar and breakfast that we didn’t even know it was included. I recommend this property and host with all my heart!

I found it easy to wheel a big suitcase a bit more than 10 mins from the train station. Location was handy for central eindhoven locations. Layout of the room was great, with a separate door direct to the street. Clever door to house to receive excellent breakfast also. Good shower good bed

Everything was absolutely exceptional! Mr Freek was an excellent host. He made sure that we won't miss anything during our stay. The breakfast was more than enough and delicious. The minibar was refilled every day even though we stayed only three nights. The room and bathroom was as much clean as possible, beautiful decoration, comfortable and big enough for a couple. Apartment was next to city center, ten minutes by foot, and very good and quite location. Above all though we are very pleased with the behauvor of Mr Freek as he was so kind and helpfull during our stay and even when we were leaving he offered to drive us to the airport as we had an issue and we couldn't find a taxi!

Only minor thing as personal preference was that I would like the bed as whole double and not two separate ones. Besides this negligible preference everything else was beyond perfect. We would definitely book again in Hof B&B when we come in Eindhoven and we sertainly recommend it unreservedly!

Breakfast was outstanding and lavish - giving a perfect kick start for a long day in Eindhoven or surroundings. Location is perfect - quiet place yet in walking distance from Eindhoven centre. Shops, restaurants, public transport are 10-15 minute walk away. And for football fans, PSV stadium is just around the corner. But best of all in this wonderful place is its owner - Freek. Thank you! You have made my stay in Eindhoven a really wonderful experience.
